Influx Partner Programme Terms

Version 1.0 - Effective since 2026-09-16

Version 1.0 — published on 8 September 2026, effective 16 September 2026. This document is new.

This document is addressed to partners in the Influx programme. If you are a Friym user and want to know what is recorded when you enter a partner code, the answer is in article 4 below and in article 3.7 of the Privacy Policy.

Executive Summary

1. Purpose and access to the programme

The Influx partner programme allows partners selected by Friym to introduce new users to the platform using a personal code, and to be compensated based on the accounts thereby attributed to them.

The programme is not open to free sign-up. Access requires a partnership contract signed between the partner and FIDEVO GROUP SAS. Until that contract is signed, no code can be activated: this condition is enforced by the platform itself and cannot be waived on commercial grounds.

These terms supplement the signed partnership contract. In the event of a conflict, the signed contract prevails.

2. Your partner code

  • Your code is assigned to you by Friym after the contract is signed. It is personal to you.
  • An inactive code — contract not signed, partnership suspended or ended — is refused by the platform at the point of entry.
  • You may share your code by any means you choose, subject to the obligations in article 7.
  • Changing your name or your handle on the platform has no effect on attributions already recorded: the code used is kept as it was at the time of entry.

3. Attribution is permanent

This is the point on which this document must be clearest.

  • A user may enter a partner code within three (3) days of creating their account. After that, entry is refused.
  • An account can be attributed to only one partner, once, permanently. This rule is enforced by the very structure of our data.
  • There is no cancellation or transfer procedure for an attribution — not at the user's request, not at the partner's request, and not through our support team. A mistyped code cannot be undone.
  • The time elapsed between account creation and code entry is measured by our servers and recorded with the attribution. This measurement never comes from the user's device or from the partner.

This irreversibility is deliberate. Its counterpart is the obligation, set out in article 4, to inform the user before they confirm.

4. What the user must know

Before confirming entry of a code, the user is informed in the app that the attribution is permanent.

They must also know, and you may not let them believe otherwise:

  • the attribution gives them no price advantage, no additional feature and no preferential treatment on the platform;
  • it is visible nowhere: not on their profile, not on yours, not to any other user. No badge or public mention indicates that an account is attributed to a partner;
  • it does not change what is shown to them in their feed or in their recommendations;
  • they may at any time obtain from Friym confirmation of which partner their account is attributed to, by writing to privacy@friym.com.

5. What you see, and what you do not

You have no access to any personal data of the accounts attributed to your code. The programme has no partner portal: no list, no identity, no e-mail address and no activity of the users concerned is disclosed to you, at any time.

Friym provides you only with the elements needed to calculate your compensation, in aggregated form.

You undertake not to attempt to identify, by cross-referencing or by any other means, the accounts attributed to your code, and not to ask Friym to disclose that information.

6. Compensation

  • Your compensation is calculated according to tiers set out in your partnership contract, based on the number of accounts validly attributed to your code.
  • It is settled monthly, off-platform, on the terms provided in the contract. It passes through neither a seller balance nor a Friym wallet.
  • Attributions arising from accounts created in breach of these terms — multiple accounts held by the same person, fictitious accounts, accounts created in exchange for an undisclosed benefit — are excluded from the calculation, including retroactively.
  • You are solely responsible for the tax and social security obligations attaching to the sums paid to you, in your country of residence or activity.

7. Your obligations

As a partner, you undertake to:

  • present Friym accurately and without misleading claims; promise no gain, benefit, feature or performance that the platform does not offer;
  • clearly disclose that you are a paid partner when promoting Friym, in accordance with the rules applicable to commercial communication and influencer marketing in your country;
  • not condition entry of your code on any payment or on the provision of personal data;
  • not target children under 13, who cannot register on Friym;
  • not create accounts yourself, or have accounts created, in order to increase your attributions;
  • not use Friym's trademark, logo or visual identity other than as authorised by your contract;
  • not imply that you represent Friym, that you are an employee of FIDEVO GROUP SAS, or that you have any decision-making power over the platform;
  • comply, as a user of the platform, with the Terms of Service.

8. Suspension and end of the partnership

Friym may suspend or deactivate your code, and end the partnership, on the terms set out in your contract, in particular for breach of the obligations in article 7, for attribution fraud, or for harm to the platform's reputation.

When the partnership ends, for whatever reason:

  • your code ceases to be accepted;
  • attributions already recorded remain: they are neither cancelled, nor transferred, nor erased;
  • sums due for valid attributions predating the end of the partnership are settled on the terms of the contract, less any attributions excluded under article 6.

9. General provisions

Changes — Friym may amend these terms. Any material change is notified to partners with reasonable notice before it takes effect. Previous versions remain available as PDFs at the bottom of this page.

Independence — The partnership creates between you and FIDEVO GROUP SAS no employment relationship, agency, partnership or mandate.

Governing law — These terms are governed by Beninese law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Porto-Novo, Benin, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary applicable to the partner in their country of residence.
