1. Who we are
Friym is operated by FIDEVO GROUP SAS, a Beninese company registered under number RB/PNO/25 B 6467, Porto-Novo, Republic of Benin.
2. Absolute prohibition
Friym strictly prohibits, without exception and without tolerance:
- Any visual, textual, or audio content depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor (CSAM — Child Sexual Abuse Material), including depictions generated or manipulated by computer or artificial intelligence
- Any behavior intended to approach, manipulate, or prepare a child for sexual exploitation (grooming)
- Any solicitation, attempted sextortion, or trafficking of a child for sexual purposes
- Any use of Friym to facilitate, promote, distribute, or advertise such content or behavior, including via external links, private messages, or shops
These prohibitions apply to all Friym users without exception, regardless of their status (standard user, seller, creator, partner), and regardless of any claimed consent or the age displayed by the user.
3. Reporting
Any Friym user can report suspicious content or behavior directly within the app, using the "Report" button available on every post, profile, product, and conversation. No detailed justification is required to report — a reasonable doubt is enough.
Reports can also be sent to our dedicated point of contact: childsafety@friym.com
4. Handling of reports
These reports are treated as absolute priority, ahead of any other moderation category. Upon receiving a report or obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM content, Friym commits to:
- Making the content in question inaccessible without delay, while verification takes place
- Permanently removing confirmed content and banning the account responsible
- Preserving evidence in accordance with our legal obligations
- Reporting confirmed content to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable
5. Legal compliance
Friym is committed to complying with applicable child protection laws, including reporting obligations to the competent authorities of Benin and, where relevant, other applicable jurisdictions. We cooperate with competent judicial and administrative authorities without waiting for a formal request to be necessary before acting.
